Self-Esteem

Many people move through life feeling like they’re never enough—always falling short, stuck in cycles of self-doubt, or silencing their needs to keep the peace. In our work together, we’ll begin to gently unravel those messages and help you build a deeper, more compassionate connection with yourself. You deserve to feel confident in your voice, your boundaries, and your sense of worth—just as you are. This is a space to rediscover that.

Evidence-based modalities: Cognitive Behavior Therapy (CBT) and Compassion Focused Therapy (CFT)

Trauma & PTSD

Healing from trauma takes time, care, and the right kind of support. Whether you’re carrying the weight of childhood adversity, a specific traumatic event, or the impact of ongoing stress, you don’t have to carry it alone. We offer trauma-informed care that gently helps you process your experiences, restore a sense of safety in your body and mind, and reconnect with who you are beyond the pain. Together, we’ll move at your pace, honoring your story and your resilience every step of the way.

Evidence-based modalities: Trauma-focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT) and Somatic Therapy

ANXIETY & OCD

When your mind is constantly racing or flooded with intrusive thoughts, it’s exhausting—and isolating. Whether you’re battling anxious spirals, what-ifs, or compulsions that feel impossible to ignore, we’re here to help you find relief. We’ll work together to reduce the power anxiety holds over your life and create more space for calm, clarity, and connection.

Evidenced-based modalities: Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP), and Solution-Focused Brief Therapy (SFBT)

Nope! I work with clients of all different belief systems. I do not incorporate faith-based practices or share my personal beliefs in sessions unless a client specifically requests it.
