the FAQ’s
We know that starting therapy can feel like a big step, and you likely have questions about the process. Below, you’ll find answers to some of the most common questions I receive. If you don’t see what you’re wondering about, feel free to reach out—I’m here to help!
Do you only work with people of faith?
Nope! I work with clients of all different belief systems. I do not incorporate faith-based practices or share my personal beliefs in sessions unless a client specifically requests it. Therapy is always centered around your values, your story, and your goals. Everyone is welcome here, regardless of faith background or beliefs.
Do you work with teens or adults?
Both! I have experiencing working with both populations.
Do you offer consultation?
I offer a free 15-minute consultation call so we can see if we’re a good fit. It’s a chance for you to ask questions, share what you’re looking for, and get a feel for how I work—no pressure to commit.
How long are session and how often will we meet?
Sessions are typically 45-60 minutes. Frequency depends on your needs—some come weekly, others biweekly. We’ll figure it out together.
